Our chefs take pride in sourcing the highest quality ingredients available and use simple, pure, local and regional flavors on our made from scratch menu. Seafood is selected daily for freshness and we feature wild and naturally harvested fish recommended by the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch. Our steaks include USDA Prime cuts and are aged for maximum tenderness and flavor.

Our Prime Hour in Dallas is from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the Blu Lounge -- a great time to explore 50 excellent wines we pour by the glass. Our fresh-squeezed handcrafted cocktails like the Cucumber Gimlet and our Ahi Tuna Tartar are offered during Prime Hour at a special price. Ocean Prime is the great meeting place after work, before Mavs and Stars games and on your way to a show.
